Fun and dynamic Vinyasa classes suitable for all levels. Build strength and stamina, increase mobility and flexibility.


1:2:1 or private classes for small groups allows you to work with your yoga instructor to tailor make a session that is personal to your own needs.


Workshops are a great way to explore postures and principles in more detail as well as improving your technique. I offer a range of workshops including sports and injury specific.
