Great yoga sessions! Charlie pushes you but it's always achievable. Has massively helped with my bad back and all round mobility. Really friendly classes, highly recommended!
Absolutely beneficial! Fun and informative, easy to follow and excellent instructions provided. Liked it and learned a lot about benefits of yoga in addition to new poses. It really helps to realign your mind, your body, and your spirit. Plus, you'll build strength and increase your flexibility. Can't wait to the next session with Charlie. She is great! Metanoia yoga are great classes. A fantastic warm and welcoming teacher making you feel very comfortable whatever your abilities. I am enjoying going to the sessions each week, learning more and more. Charlie is a great instructor guiding and director each individual in the right direction. Even if you have a personal injury you will be advised what to do or what not to do. Metanoia yoga are fun sessions aswel as challenging for each individual. I would recommend metonoia yoga to anyone interested in starting out or already experienced. I am looking forward to continuing to see my own personal achievements with inspiring and rewarding sessions. Definitely recommend trying out Charlie's great yoga classes...I love them!
Charlie is able to balance making yoga challenging enough and the ability to make it fun. I have thoroughly enjoyed the classes that I have taken and I plan to take more. It has helped me with back issues and made me more supple giving me the ability and confidence to improve in other areas of exercise
